Refund & Cancellation Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. All bookings are confirmed against the date and time shown on your confirmation email.

2. Customer Cancellation – Non-Refundable
All bookings are non-refundable. Once a session has been booked and paid for, we do not offer refunds for cancellation by the customer under any circumstances.

3. Rescheduling by Customer
Customers may request to reschedule their booking if an alternative session is available. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made by emailing info@babyccinoscafe.co.uk at least 48 hours before the original session start time. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

4. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, staff shortages, venue closure). If we cancel your booking, you will be offered either:

  • A full refund of all amounts paid; or
  • A transfer to an alternative available session of equal value.

5. No-Shows & Late Arrival
If you fail to attend the session on the booked date and time, or arrive late without prior notice, your booking will be considered as used and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

6. Statutory Rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law where those rights apply.
